We are here and do respond - It won't be wasted effort.

Please include as many of these as are sensible:-

We answer emails on a first-come-first served basis - usually the same working day (and often within minutes!), We are based in the UK, and you may not be so please be patient. We also, very occasionally have a holiday or day off but you should always get an autoresponse so you know where we're at.

In the event of a major service problem - we will post an explaination on the website news section, rather than reply to hundreds of emails.
